About Clare

Clare Barrett, the founder of Decorus Pilates, is a qualified instructor with many years of experience.

She first developed an interest in Pilates as means of rehabilitation of an injury but having benefited greatly Clare developed a keen interest in sharing such with others and sought out instructor training with some of the pre-eminent instructors in the region and further afield.

Her qualifications include:

• Diploma in Mat Pilates - Level 3
• Pilates Studio Course:
  • Reformer
  • Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair
  • Cadillac

Clare's thirst for knowledge about Pilates remains, she is often found with her nose in one of her many books on the subject, and her commitment to maintaining the highest level of Pilates instruction sees her regularly undertaking supplementary training courses.
